Our Story
SilverPail Dairy was founded over four decades ago with a clear mission: to craft the creamiest, most delicious Irish ice cream using only the best raw materials.
From humble beginnings in Fermoy, Co. Cork, our founder Michael built the company around a passion for product excellence and a hands-on approach to leadership. Many of our original team members are still with us today — now working alongside second-generation family members who continue to carry forward the SilverPail legacy.
What started as a local ice cream producer has grown into a nationally and internationally recognised supplier, with a reputation for consistency, innovation, and reliability.
